Elena V. Rivituso

Elena V. Rivituso, 80, of Old Bridge, NJ, passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022, at Jersey Shore Medical Center. Born and raised in Newark, NJ, Elena spent most of her life there before moving to Old Bridge 50 plus years ago.

Elena received her bachelor's degree of Arts and Paralegal Certificate. She worked for Old Bridge Board of Education as a Teacher Certification/Alternate Route Administrator for 20 years before her retirement in 2001.

She loved to sing, cook, and shop. Elena also had a huge love for animals. The one thing Elena enjoyed the most was spending quality time with her family especially her grandsons, Joseph and Christian.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Vera and Nicholas Bufanio, and her brothers and sisters

Surviving are her two dear sons, John Rivituso of Old Bridge, NJ; Gene and wife Lori Rivituso of Easton, PA; and her two adored grandsons, Joseph and Christian.
