Eleanor Kull

Eleanor "Mickey" Kull, 81, of Branchburg, NJ, passed away on Friday, November 20, 2020 at Green Knoll Care Center. Born in New Castle, PA, she spent her childhood in Newark. She moved to Iselin in 1961, where she raised her children. She resided in Edison until moving to Branchburg 3 years ago.
Mickey worked in retail at Lamstons & Fortunoff in Woodbridge Center for decades before her retirement in 2009.
Mickey enjoyed walking on the beach and loved to travel to new places. She enjoyed going to the Monmouth Park Racetrack with her family, taking trips to Atlantic City and seeing Broadway shows. The thing she enjoyed the most in her life was spending quality time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her husband of 18 years, Fredrick Kull and her beloved parents Eleanor and Bernard McCormick.
Surviving are her three loving children, Marie Kull Happel of North Jackson, Ohio; Frederick Kull of Iselin, NJ; Adele Kull Rackley of Branchburg, NJ; one brother Robert McCormick of PA; two sisters, Elizabeth McDermott and Patricia Parusa of NJ. Along with her nine absolutely adored grandchildren (GRAM 9X), Wayne (Danielle), Billy(Laine), Jessie (PJ), Beth (Tom), Amber (Rocky), Lee (Sabrina), Kayla, Breanne (Alex), and Emma, and 8 cherished great grandchildren, Riley, Mars, Avery, Chloe, Adelina, Maui, Luke, and Bria.
All who knew Mickey loved her dearly. She greeted them with a smile, was full of life, and always had a positive outlook. She will be greatly missed and her memories and stories will be forever in our hearts.
Memorial Contributions may be made in her memory to St. Jude Children's Research.
A mass and memorial service will be held at a later date.
A funeral mass will take place on Saturday, April 24, 2021 at 1pm at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. A celebration of life will follow at the parish hall.
