Edward Venezia Jr., 75 of Whitehouse Station, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at Overlook Hospital in Summit. Born in East Orange, NJ, Ed resided in Edison for 10 years before moving to Whitehouse Station 27 years ago.

Ed graduated high school from Our Lady of the Valley, Class of 1965. After graduating high school, Ed attended Salinas Junior College in California and finished at Seton Hall.

Ed loved to have a good time. No matter the occasion, he loved gathering his family and friends together and being the life of the party, while having a cigar and drinking Remy Martin. He was an avid golfer, reader and movie collector. Ed and his wife Elizabeth took many trips together, some 3-4 times a year, including cruises, the Caribbean, Mexico, Italy and going down to Atlantic City. Most importantly, Ed enjoyed spending quality time with his family especially his grandchildren and his pup Nola.

He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Lois and Edward Venezia Sr.

Surviving are his loving wife of 25 years, Elizabeth Manic-Venezia, two dear sons, Mark and wife Suzanne Venezia of Pittsburgh, PA; Michael and wife Jennifer Venezia of Center Valley, PA; a brother, Albert Venezia and wife Ronnie Ruh-Venezia of Hillsborough, NJ; a sister, Lorraine and husband Paul Grote of Hillsborough, NJ; seven cherished grandchildren, Michael Jr., Alex, Kaila, Jane, Devin, Holly, and Christopher.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, March 26, 2023 from 1-5pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 Rt. 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876. A prayer service will begin at 4:30pm at the funeral home.
