Edward Stanley Misiur Jr., 79, of Branchburg, NJ, passed away on Saturday, June 6, 2026 at Capital Health Medical Center. Born in Elizabeth, NJ, Edward resided in Branchburg for 50 years.

Ed served our country from 1966-1970 in the Air Force during Vietnam. After his time in the military, Ed worked for AT&T as a Manager for national and international communications infrastructure. .

Proudly serving his country, he enlisted in the United States Air Force on July 12, 1966, and honorably served for four years. He continued his dedication to military service through the National Guard, totaling 39 years serving. His strong work ethic, sense of duty, and unwavering reliability were qualities that defined his life and left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.

He was a hardworking and dependable man who could always be counted on by friends and family. Intelligent and resourceful, he had a remarkable ability to fix just about anything and enjoyed tackling projects with patience and skill. He had a lifelong love of sports and trains, finding great joy in following his favorite teams and sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm with those around him.

He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Helen and Edward Stanley Misiur Sr.

Surviving are his loving wife, Linda Marie (Gotsch) Misiur, two sons, Dan Misiur of Branchburg, NJ; Chris Misiur of Morrisville, PA; his daughter, Michelle Misiur of Flemington, NJ; his brother, Steven Misiur of Linden, NJ; and his cherished granddaughter, Grace.

A viewing will be held on Sunday, June 14, 2026 from 1pm-4pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 Rt. 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876.
