Dorothy Renner, 69, of Branchburg, NJ, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at RWJ Somerville. Born in Jamaica, NY, Dorothy resided in Nutley for most of her life before moving to Branchburg one year ago. Dorothy graduated from Immaculate Conception High School in 1968. From then, she went on to graduate from Berkley Business School in 1970. Dorothy worked as a legal sectary for Ashenfelter, Slous McDonough, Trevenen LLP for 15 plus years before retiring last year. Dorothy enjoyed spending quality time with her family especially her children and grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents Marian and Joseph Murphy, and a brother Patrick Murphy. Surviving are her loving husband Walter J. Renner of 50 years, two loving daughters, Laurie and husband Rich Acosta of Glen Gardner, NJ; Lynn and husband Jeremiah Olsen of Chicago, IL; her sister in law, Janice Renner of Hollywood, FL; and two cherished grandchildren, William and Connor.
