Concetta "Jane" Santumo

Concetta "Jane" Santumo, 77, of Branchburg, NJ, passed away peacefully on Sunday August 24, 2025 at RWJ Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Originally from Newark, Jane was always proud of her "Down Neck" roots. During her free time, Jane loved going out for dinner with friends, hanging out at the beauty parlor with her beloved Jessica, or spending time at the Jersey Shore. She enjoyed dancing and listening to good oldies music. Jane was selfless, never met a stranger, and took care of everyone around her.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Dolores Melando and Frank LoBue, her husband, Alfred Lorenzo Santumo, her brother, Donald D'Elia and sister Elisa D'Elia.

Surviving are her dear son, Robert F. Bondura and his wife Mona, her sister, JoEllen Popola (John), her brother, David D'Elia (Regina), sister in-law Georgeann D'Elia, her two cherished grandchildren, Robert and Gillian, and many adored nieces and nephews.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 from 3-7pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 Rt. 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876.

Prayers will begin at the funeral home on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 8:45am.

Funeral mass will take place at 10am at St. Benedict's Roman Catholic Church 65 Barbara Street, Newark, NJ 07105. Entombment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington, NJ.
