Claire Barcellona, 69, of Whitehouse Station, NJ, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2023 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born in Newark, NJ, in her earlier years, Claire resided in Union, NJ before moving to Whitehouse Station 30 years ago.

Claire graduated from Mother Seton High School, Class of 1971. She then went on to receive her Master's Degree from Fairleigh Dickenson University in Science.

Claire worked for Schering Plough, Novartis, and Celgene over her 40 year career as a Sr. Clinical Research Scientist before retiring in 2019.

Claire enjoyed spending her time traveling, crafting jewelry, and computer work. She was an avid Yankees fan and an amazing baker. Most importantly, Claire enjoyed spending quality time with her family and close friends.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Evelyn and Samuel Barcellona.

Surviving are her loving sister, Carol Osuch of Effort, PA; a brother in law, John Osuch of Flemington, NJ; her two nephews, Michael Osuch, Nicholas and wife Evan Osuch, her niece, Larissa Osuch and significant other Andrew, her great nephew, Nicholas Jr., and her faithful companion, Gigi.

A memorial mass will take place on Monday, April 17, 2023 at 10am at St. Bernard R.C. Church in Bridgewater, NJ.
