Christine Stazo

Wind Gap, PA

Christine Stazo, 60, of Wind Gap, PA, passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2024 at St. Luke's Hospital. Born in Somerville, NJ, and raised in Bridgewater, NJ, Christine resided in Wind Gap, PA for many years.

Christine received her Bachelor's of Art Degree in Psychology/Social Welfare from Albright College. After college, she then broadened her horizon in her career, becoming a jack of all trades. From selling homes, cars, and insurance, to owning her own Tea business (Christine's Secret Garden), there wasn't anything Christine could do without putting her mind to it.

Although it may seem like work drove her life, her love of family and hobbies defined her. She enjoyed gardening, singing, cooking for her family, learning French, taking care of her dogs, and solving puzzles. Christine was a lover of music, specifically in genres like classic rock and the 50s and 70s eras, but she would listen to KISS, Lady Gaga, Elton John, Queen, and Fleetwood Mac. Christine lived her life by putting her family first; she encouraged her children to pursue their passions and she supported them through the highs and lows. She planned family outings to vineyards, Broadway plays, and Mets games. Christine valued family and there was nothing that would have stopped her from making each family event the best it could be. She had an infectious laugh, and her bright smile and golden hair could light up an entire room.

She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Myra and Peter Stazo.

Surviving are her loving husband of 39 years, Joseph Bartolanzo, her dear son, Nick Bartolanzo of New York City; two cherished daughters, Brittany Bartolanzo of Brooklyn, NY, and Danielle Rae Bartolanzo of Gaithersburg, MD; and her brother, James Stazo and sister-in-law Lillian Stazo of Bridgewater, NJ.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 from 3-7pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 RT. 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876.

A prayer service take place on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 9:15am. Funeral mass will follow at 10am at Holy Trinity Church in Bridgewater, NJ
