Barbara Lutz Karig , 55, died Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at home. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, she formerly resided in Cincinnati, OH and than Mt. Pleasant, SC, moving to Bridgewater 25 years ago. She was a registered nurse for 20 years working at the St. Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick from 1980 to 2000. Barbara worked for the Renal Group of Central N.J. from 2000 to the present. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church of Hillsborough. She cherished spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Vincent and Margaret Lutz. Surviving are her beloved husband of 25 years, Richard, her dear son and daughter, Steven and Laura, her dear brothers and sister, Thomas Lutz and wife Sharman of Ann Arbor, MI, Robert Lutz and wife Natalie of Tallahassee, FL and MaryBeth Sauer and husband Steven of Cincinnati, OH, a brother-in-law, Arnold Karig and wife Dianne and her mother-in-law, Gerda Karig, all of Isle of Palms, SC, and her nieces and nephews, Kristen, Hannah, Anna, David and Nathan.
