Antonino Passalacqua, 89, died September 27, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on July 12, 1933 to his late parents, Angela Sassano and Salvatore Passalacqua in Carini, Palermo, Sicily.

Antonino is survived by his devoted wife, Maria Anile Passalacqua, son Salvatore of Middlesex, Angela and husband Bua of Pennsylvania, a sister, Angela Mannino of Hoboken, NJ, 7 grandchildren, Giuseppe and (Stolle), Antonio and (Tyler), Irene and (Zack), Marina (Fiancée Giovanni), Mariachiara, Rosambra, and Antonino, 4 great grandchildren, Matteo, Leo, Stella and Camilla. A sister in law, Domenica Passalacqua.

He is predeceased by 4 brothers, Vincenzo, Giuseppe, Salvatore, and Giovanni and 2 sisters, Rosalia Scavo and Catherine DeStefano.

He was self-employed as a truck driver in Sicily and worked many years in the restaurant industry.

A devoted husband, loving father, and dear Nonno who loved dancing with his grandchildren, his garden, and wine making were above the rest. He was always the center of attention. He enjoyed signing and entertaining family and friends.

Viewing will be held on Sunday, October 2, 2022 from 4-8pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 RT. 202 South Branchburg, NJ 08876. (908)-526-7638.

A second viewing will take place on Monday, October 3, 2022 at the Branchburg Funeral Home 9am-10:15am followed by an 11am mass at St. Ann's R.C. Church 45 Anderson Street Raritan, NJ 08869.
