Obituary

Anna Maria Olivero Raritan, NJ Anna Maria Olivero, 97, of Raritan, NJ, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, October 15, 2019. Born in Cuneo, Italy, she immigrated to the United States and resided in Newark, NJ for half of her life before moving to Raritan, NJ 46 years ago. Anna was a communicant of St. Ann's R.C. Church in Raritan and was a big supporter of their Rosary and Alter Society. Anna was also an active member of the Raritan Senior Citizens, the American Legion Post 102 & Ladies Auxiliary, and supporter of Deborah Hospital. Anna's greatest passion in life was baking for her family and neighbors, spending quality time with her grandchildren, and she shared tremendous love for her late husband Anthony. Her beautiful smile and lovable heart will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents and her beloved husband of over 50 years, Anthony (1997). Surviving are her dear son, Gary and wife Susan of Holmdel, NJ; her loving daughter, Paula Olivero of Brandenton, FL; three cherished grandchildren, Jason, Eric, and Stephanie; and four adored great-grandchildren, Olivia, Anthony, Alex, and Henry. Viewing will be held Friday, October 18, 2019 from 4-7PM at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876. Funeral services will start with a prayer at the funeral home at 9:45am on Saturday, October 19, 2019 followed by a 10:30am funeral mass at St. Ann's R.C. Church in Raritan, NJ. Entombment will follow at St. Bernard Cemetery Mausoleum in Bridgewater, NJ. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to the American Red Cross 1540 West Park Ave, Ocean, NJ 07712.
