Ann M. Wiertel Hillsborough, NJ Ann M. Wiertel, 75, of Hillsborough, NJ passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital Somerset. She was born in Bound Brook and grew up in Somerville where she resided for most of her life before moving to Hillsborough in 2001. Ann worked as an Instructional Aid for many years with the Somerville Public School System before her reinternment in 2012. Ann loved going out with close friends, enjoyed cooking, and her favorite thing was spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her beloved parents, Connie and Thomas Riccioni; and her son, Brian Riccioni (2011). Surviving are her loving daughter, Sharon and husband Dave DeFusco of Long Valley, NJ; her dear brother, Ralph Riccioni of South Carolina; and her three cherished grandchildren, Jack, Ella, and Sam. A memorial visitation will be held Tuesday, June 18, 2019 from 5-8pm at the Branchburg Funeral Home 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876. Committal is private.
