Alan J. Landberg Bound Brook, NJ Alan J Landberg, 76, of Bound Brook, NJ, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 4, 2022 on the Palliative/Hospice Care Unit at Morristown Memorial Hospital. Alan was born and raised in New York City but resided in New Jersey since 1985. Despite his hearing disability, Alan was able to have a thriving career and family. Alan graduated from Pace University where he received his Bachelor's degree in Accounting. He then went on to work for some pretty cool clients: The Beatles and Mel Brooks. Alan worked and retired from Dun & Bradstreet after 20 years of service. Alan was an avid reader, a foodie and TV and movie watcher. He was known for researching and making stock markets investments for himself and family members. He loved watching sports; he was an avid Buffalo Bills and Yankees fan. The one thing he enjoyed the most was spending quality time with his family especially his grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his beloved parents, Mary and Harry Landberg and his sister Sheila Rhyne. Surviving are his two loving daughters, Dena Tocci and Fiancé Gary Dufala of Whitehouse Station, NJ; Mara and husband Chris Torres of Bridgewater, NJ; five cherished grandchildren, Morgan, Alexis, Jacob, Aidan, and Anthony, and two nephews, Craig and Brett Rhyne. Burial will take place on Friday, August 5, 2022 at Mount Hebron Cemetery in Flushing, NY.
