Pauline Diaz , 78, passed away on Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Born in Manhattan, Pauline formerly resided in Newark, Elizabeth and Branchburg. Mrs. Diaz worked for 20 years as a Dietician for Elizabeth General Hospital, until retiring in 1992. She enjoyed crocheting, cooking, and doing word games. Pauline also enjoyed spending quality time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her ex-husband of 30 years, Manuel, in 2006, two sisters and three brothers. Surviving are her loving daughters, Irene Diaz and her significant other, Tom Murphy of Milton, DE, Dolores Sullivan of Chatham, and Victoria Diaz and her partner, Aimee Repasi of Doylestown, PA; her two grandchildren, Donald Scott Kozlowski and Ryan Paul Sullivan; her three beloved brothers, Alonzo Ramirez, and wife, Letty, of NY, John Ramirez and Henry Ramirez, both of FL; and her sister, Raquel Rosa of CT. Funeral services will begin with a prayer at 9:15 AM on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876 (908) 526-7638 followed by a 10 AM Funeral Liturgy at Holy Trinity R.C. Church, 60 Maple Street, Bridgewater. Viewing hours are today, May 13, 2011 from 4 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
