Barbara Wells Cuzzocrea , 66, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2011, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Newark and a former resident of Cranford and Piscataway, Barbara resided in Bridgewater for 26 years. Mrs. Cuzzocrea was a retired Office Manager for the former Clancey Realty Group in Bernardsville, where she worked for several years, until 2009. Barbara was a member of Pluckemin Presbyterian Church. She was an avid reader, enjoyed swimming, skiing, shopping, gardening, and spending time at the Jersey shore, especially Manasquan and Wildwood Crest. She was preceded in death by her parents, John A. and Shirley Slocum Wells. Surviving are her beloved husband of 33 years, Domenic C. Cuzzocrea; her loving daughters, Laura Sitler and husband, David of Dunellen and Lisa Gromadzki and husband, Michael of Flanders; her step-children, Domenic C. Cuzzocrea, Jr. and wife, Lisa of South Bound Brook and Amy Mohr and husband, Richard of Eatontown; her three grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Jaime, and Samuel; and her brother, Bruce N. Wells of Nelsonia, VA. Funeral services will begin at 11:30 AM on Wednesday, December 7, 2011, at Branchburg Funeral Home, 910 US Highway 202 South, Branchburg, NJ 08876, (908) 526-7638 followed by 12:30 PM services at Pluckemin Presbyterian Church, 311 US Highway 202/206 North, Pluckemin. Interment will be in St. Bernard Cemetery, Route 28, Bridgewater. Viewing hours are Tuesday, December 6, 2011, from 5 to 8 PM and Wednesday, December 7, 2011, from 9:30 to 11:30 AM at the funeral home.
